Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace and a loft with a third queen bed—ideal for families or small groups. Step outside to enjoy the deck with seating and propane grill, or gather around the fire pit in the backyard. Roku TVs in every room, mini split A/C, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and a Keurig/regular combo coffee maker round out the amenities. Fireplace: Propane fireplace is controlled by a wall timer—do not attempt to open or adjust the unit. Hot Tub: Available year-round. Please review and follow hot tub guidelines in the house manual. Quiet Hours: 10PM–8AM to maintain a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors. Parking: Driveway parking available for multiple vehicles.
