Winter driving note:
Roads in the neighborhood can be steep and conditions change fast in the White Mountains—AWD/4WD and good winter tires are strongly recommended, especially during/after storms.
Please note that due to snow in the area the grill and propane fire pit may not be accessible during the winter months. A clear path is kept to /from the hot tub.
