Renting from a corporation so you do get generic instructions that covers all their properties, but they were responsive and flexible about checkout. Would rent again.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Michael and Stephanie’s Bartlett home, and we just love it. It’s picture perfect, has everything we need for a family of 4 with the dogs! It’s cozy, cute, and fully equipped with every convenience, and if I could move in full time I would! We had a great stay in Bartlett with our dog Scout. Loved how cozy and welcoming the home felt, they filled up a bucket with snacks which was a great treat! We would absolutely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown North Conway, Jackson and Attitash which was the reason for our visit. Great spot for skiers!

This was one of my favorite airbnb stays. Easy check-in, everything was clean and so cozy, great light and views, hot water immediately in the shower, kitchen had everything we needed, very welcoming and understanding of dogs, clear information on everything for the house, laundry and mudroom was perfect, remote enough but still accessible to food/groceries/convenience... They also had a snack basket at check-in, which was really kind after a long day of driving. Thank you for a much needed relaxing stay! I recommend folks stop by Bagels Plus for a boissant, which was a short drive away and became part of our morning routine before heading out to hike.

We had a great stay at Michael’s cabin! The location was perfect close to great restaurants, downtown N Conway, and many hiking trails. The cabin itself was very clean and cozy with everything needed for home cooked meals. One thing to mention was the bed in the master bedroom was not ideal. We had to stuff pillows behind the head board to stop the constant squeek with every movement and the mattress was not bery supportive. The sliding screen door leading out to the deck kept coming off the tracks and falling off and it could not be adjusted any further. Certainly not deal breakers just something for the owner to be aware of. Overall the cabin was great and we would definitely return!

Check-in was super easy, and the location was perfect for a day at Story Land! The host let us know ahead of time about the dishwasher being out, which we appreciated. The house is a nice spot for a North Conway getaway and is very pet-friendly (great for anyone traveling with pets!). Cute, clean cabin in the mountains, close to many hiking spots as well as downtown North Conway. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us and appreciated the ease of checkout - they seem pretty laid back here which was nice compared to other homes we have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed space in a lovely, peaceful community. Everything was as described and the hosts were very responsive. Well-stocked kitchen, complete with people and dog snacks! The furniture and beds very comfortable. Be advised of a few things: 1. This is a split-level home and the stairs are narrow and lacking handrails. 2. Though listed as dog-friendly, the posted instructions ask that you keep your pup off the furniture. 3. The “beach access” is a launch area on the river about a half mile from the house.

If skiing at Attitash is in your agenda, this is a great location. The mudroom was a great place to store our gear and keep the house uncluttered. The living room has comfy couches positioned so you can take in the beautiful views over the deck. The house is well equipped for a relaxing stay. If you don't want to cook but still want to eat well, The Spaghetti Shed and the Cider Company are nearby.
