Bring your snowmobile! Park at the property and ride on the association roads to pick up a main trail and onto Corridor 19.
Just a short 5 minute walk from our home to a winter wonderland of endless cross country ski trails. You can also park at White Lake State Park and cross country ski or snowshoe there!
Many folks enjoy ice fishing on Chocorua Lake. When you drive by you will see all of the ice Shanty's. Chocorua lake is just a few minutes from the home.

We had an AMAZING stay! This home was perfect for our family getaway. It was spotless (and I’m a fanatic, slightly crazy, when it comes to cleanliness!), cozy, and had everything we needed (even K cups and toys and games for the kids!). This home had such thoughtful touches throughout. My 6 and 7 year old LOVED the game room in the basement! The location was great, close to restaurants and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive and check in was a breeze. Definitely a 5 star accommodation. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again next time we are in town!

We had a wonderful time in Ski and Beach and the house was perfect for our needs. It was fully stocked, and there were lots of games and books. One of the most important things to me when renting a house is cleanliness and the house was extremely clean and also comfortable. Our party consisted of four adults and my grandson who is nine years old. We had a picnic down at Moore’s Pond, played tennis at the tennis courts and my grandson loved playing in the park. My husband, son-in-law and grandson had fun playing pool in the basement. Thank you, Mark!

We loved our stay here! When they say "fully stocked" they really mean it. If we come again (and we hope to) we won't bother packing games, books, etc. because they have it all. The local shared private beach was pristine and so much fun for the whole family. Our favorite Airbnb yet!

Marks place was a fantastic stay! In a really cool neighborhood that has a cute covered bridge when you enter. It was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Zero complaints and I would absolutely stay there again. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Will come back sometime in the spring/summer to check out the area more because it was snowing heavily while I was there, but the type of snow was beautiful to see and play in. The neighborhood plowed the roads, an NH really knows how to manage the roads with the snow…more than anywhere else I’ve seen. We rented a jeep grand Cherokee and it was easy getting around. This location was great, too. Not far from Conway or other places so we went skiing, hiking and tubing. Super fun!

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including filtered water and an ice machine, which was a nice bonus. Mark and Stephanie were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Having access to a car charger was incredibly convenient as well. We loved our stay at this cabin. In fact, it was the best Air BnB that we have ever booked. From our first communication with Mark and Stephanie, I knew this was going to be a great stay. I asked if they had pickleball paddles (since there are courts in the community). They said they did not but that they would get some for us before we arrived. Their thoughtfulness and generosity were above and beyond anything we expected. As for the house, it is perfect! It is spotless and well-equipped. I couldn't think of anything that we would have needed that wasn't provided. There is a firepit in the back with firewood provided, a hammock, and a porch swing. They have board games, fooseball, pool, and a basketball throwing game. The house has a full size washer and dryer (which we did not need), but I imagine it would be useful if you were staying for a while. Overall, staying at this house made our trip that much more enjoyable. It's a beautiful community and we loved everything!

Stephanie’s place was immaculate and she was so helpful leading up to or stay! During our stay, everything at her place was so easily accessible and described in the listing, that we did not need to communicate with the owner at all, though I have no doubt that Stephanie would have been responsive and helpful then as well. The home was so lovely and wonderfully close to the wedding venue we were going to. Highly recommend staying, and my husband and I hope to do the same again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It has a great mountain/ lake house feel while still being modern. There were baskets in each bathroom of daily necessities you may have forgotten and the house was well stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking supplies/spices, beach equipment/floats and towels. It’s a great location that is very private and quiet. We had 2 family’s with young kids and fit comfortably. There is a book cause with toys and games for the kids and the kids loved the pond with Mountain View’s. The house was VERY clean and well organized. The hosts were fast to respond anytime we needed them. Would definitely stay again.
