Outdoor Amenities:

 

The deck, fire pit, and grill are available seasonally and weather-permitting. In winter, snow and ice may limit access and these areas may be unavailable for use. We appreciate your understanding as conditions can change quickly.

 

The Sauna is indoors and is available for use year round.

 

We respect your privacy and strive to provide a seamless, hassle-free stay. All essential details—including check-in instructions, house rules, and property information—are available in your Airbnb House/Arrival Guide.

 

While we’re happy to assist with any questions, our interaction is minimal and only as needed to ensure your comfort. Please note that between 11 PM and 6 AM, we may not be as responsive. For emergencies, please call 911. We will reply to messages as soon as possible.

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. The roads are hilly (its the mountains!) but well maintained, although in the winter months you will need a vehicle that is good in snow to get around!

 

👥 Guest Age Requirement – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, and all guests under 25 must be traveling with a parent or guardian.

 

⏳ Quiet Hours – To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep voices, music, and TV volume low during this time.

 

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out – Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Let us know in advance if you need flexibility.

This home was super comfy, very clean, and a wonderful place to stay with a family. We enjoyed the sauna every night of our stay. It was magical watching the snowfall at night through the big windows. We had a couple small hiccups with the WiFi, so reached out to Stephanie who responded immediately, even though it was after hours. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets but also gave my kids a great place to play outside in the snow. I was worried that the yard would dirty from pet owners not cleaning up after their dog, but everything was just as clean outside as it was inside. One thing to note, there are DVD players in each room, so if you are traveling with small kids that like to watch movies at night, be sure to bring them! This place is literally one road over from Story Land, so if you are looking someplace close, but also quiet and private, this is your place to stay. My family would totally stay here again!

We had a great stay! Very cozy place, private but very close to town and some nice eats! This area is beautiful, and the home was as well. Extremely responsive with any questions I had while we were there. We had 2 kids and 2 dogs with us and we were extremely comfortable. We took the kids to story land one day of this trip and it was literally 3 minutes away. We all agreed that we would 100% stay here again!

We loved Sandy’s place! It was the PERFECT location just 3 minutes from Storyland. We were visiting Bartlett to go to the park with 5 children and Sandy’s apartment offered plenty of space for the kiddos to play and the parents to relax after a long day. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you could need and the coffee bar in the living room was a very welcomed surprise. I’m sure this place is amazing in winter and we would definitely stay again next time we are up in the area. Thanks so much!

Family of 7 (including a toddler and dog) stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience at Sandy's home, very comfortable and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for all of us and the location is perfect, 10-15 minutes from all the major Conway attractions while set back from the busy roads and very private. Our dog doesn't play well with others so we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for extra peace of mind during our stay. Extra towels and linens were great, kitchen is well stocked. Ran low on S&P but we reloaded for the next guests, that seems to be a nice trend here. Sandy and Stephanie are great hosts! Very responsive and helpful and even extended late checkout for us upon request. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of activities! 10/10 absolutely recommend and we would definitely book here again. Thanks again!

We had a short stay ( 2 adults 2 dogs) and could easily see how ideal the setting and home is for families. We loved our short stay...our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! Sandy’s place is great ! It is spacious, beautifully furnished, and we especially loved the fenced yard, which was perfect for our dog. Having a door in the master bedroom leading directly to the backyard made it incredibly convenient for early morning outings. The home is ideally situated for a variety of activities, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. It’s just a short drive to the Attitash ski resort for skiing and to Cranmore for thrilling snow tubing. Additionally, you’ll find fantastic shopping and dining options in downtown North Conway, as well as scenic hiking trails right nearby. However, we did encounter an incident towards the end of our stay late at night that required us to relocate. Throughout this situation, both the Airbnb customer service, host and the co-host were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. If it weren't for that incident and a few minor issues that could easily be addressed, I would have happily given this place a five-star review.

This was our second stay at this super home! We had a wonderful time and slept very well in comfortable beds!!! We were up for a ski race and enjoyed the sauna after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is just perfect for preparing a pre-ski breakfast and packed lunches. There was lots of clean, new tupperware containers for sandwiches and cut fruit! It also has everything you need to make a yummy dinner - including a nice crock pot! The house is spacious and has a nice lower level tv room - perfect for a movie or video game spot for teens. The bathrooms are also very spacious and clean. The location is perfect. It was close enough to the slopes that it was no big deal that my some forgot his ski boots!!! Our dog was very happy to be returning for a second stay. The fenced in rear area is nice to have for dogs who need a bit more outdoor time. We loved our stay and appreciate how accommodating our host was!

Spent a fabulous February vacation at this spacious and comfortable home. It was conveniently located to ski at Black, Attitash, Cranmore and Wildcat. We LOVED the sauna. The bathrooms were particularly nice and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed so much nearby: skinning up Tuckermans, skiing Wildcat (front and back side), skating at Nestlenook, doing Friday Night Lights evening skin/fondue+champagne/ski down at Black Mountain, afternoon skiing at Attitash (less than 10 mins away), skiing Cranmore, shopping in N Conway and enjoying beers+tacos with live music at Ledges Brewing. We also liked how easy it was to cook at the house (nice new cookware!) and enjoyed dinners, board games and streaming TV. What a great spot!!

Sandy's place was spacious and perfectly located for our ski weekend away. Attitash and Bear Peak are only 10 minutes away and Whitaker Woods (our dog's heaven on earth) is a stones throw towards Conway! We were able to relax both in the living rooms and in the sauna which was such a treat after a long day on the mountain! We were disappointed to arrive with walkways uncleared and needed to shovel ourselves out throughout the weekend. Trash removal was also an incredible hassle since it was not on premise and difficult to find on our way out. The house is minimalistic which is fine in some regards, although having some extra towels for enjoying the sauna would have been nice.

We had a great stay with our friends and kids! Sandy`s place was clean and we had everything we needed to relax after skiing! Attitash was a quick drive, and Wildcat wasn't too far either. There were plenty of restaurants nearby- most places did not take reservations, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with a large party- wait times for a table were usually about an hour the holiday week we stayed here. The kids enjoyed a movie on the TV provided and we had plenty of hot water for all 9 of us. The onsite laundry is a huge bonus when traveling with kids- we appreciated this amenity! We give Sandy 5 stars for our stay. Thank you for having us!

This place was perfect for our family's post Christmas trip! The house was clean and comfortable and it was awesome that we could bring our dog with us! We headed just 5 minutes up the road to ice skate at Nestlenook Farm - highly recommend! And then we did some skiing at Cranmore the next day. Super close to so many attractions and restaurants.
