Your winter-ready getaway! This cozy 3BR cabin sits minutes from White Lake and a handful of nearby restaurants. Sleeps 8 with two living areas and a comfy enclosed porch with pellet stove. Enjoy easy access to NH snowmobile corridors, snowshoeing, and King Pine for skiing and tubing. North Conway’s shops and eateries are only 20 minutes away
The main floor features a renovated kitchen with new appliances and a cozy living area with a smart TV. The newly added living/dining room has screened windows, making it a great spot to enjoy fresh mountain air in any weather. A bonus room with barn doors and a queen sleeper sofa, plus a full bathroom and laundry area, are also on this level.
Upstairs offers a spacious primary bedroom and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a TV. A full bathroom connects both rooms.
The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned for year-round comfort.
Pet-friendly: Up to two dogs allowed (one large and one small, or two medium). A large crate is available for your convenience.
The full property is yours to use! A private three bedroom, two bathroom house with fire pit, grill area, and snowmobile access!
The front door has a code lock, the code will be provided in the check- in instructions, 48 hours before your stay.
The only areas with no guest access are the master bedroom closet, for storage, and the outdoor shed.
Trash cans are located in a bear-proof add-on on the side of the shed. Please bag ALL trash and recycling.

A car is highly recommended for the area. Fast Taxi is a local option, some people are on Uber now but it's not consistent.
Pet Friendly! 2 medium dogs max, there is one large dog crate available.
Guests must be 25 years old to stay, or must be accompanied by a relative or guardian.
No Electric Car Charging, at this time.
No loud music or partying.
No Smoking or vaping in the house. Permitted outside if disposed of properly.
Guests are responsible for all damages made by themselves or pets. A reasonable repair rate will be quoted and sent through Claims.
Trash will be picked up Mondays or after cleanings. The bins are located next to the shed.
Please ensure the Fire pit is completely put out after use.
