The entire home and yard is for guests to use. The backyard is fenced in.

The patio, fire pit, and grill are available seasonally and weather-permitting. In winter, snow and ice may limit access and these areas may be unavailable for use. The patio area (including access to the hot tub) is shoveled for guest use, but outdoor furniture is packed away during winter. We appreciate your understanding as conditions can change quickly.

We respect your privacy and aim to give you a hassle-free stay. All information about your arrival, including check in details and house rules, are in your Air BNB House/Arrival guide. We are available to answer any questions or provide assistance as needed, however our interaction is limited to what is necessary to ensure your stay is comfortable. Please note that we may not be available overnight to immediately respond to messages, but will respond as quickly as possible!
