A Bit More About This Property

*Room to Relax & Reconnect

Inside, you’ll love the warm, open-concept design defined by soaring vaulted pine ceilings and large windows that flood the home with natural light.

A standout feature of this home is the dual living spaces. With both a main living room and a separate family room, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of exploring. Whether the adults are unwinding by the gas fireplace while the kids enjoy their own movie night in the family room, this layout ensures everyone has their own space to recharge.

*Dining & Cooking:

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for meals. It’s the perfect setup for a big breakfast before hitting the slopes or a quiet dinner at home after a day of mountain air.

*Outdoor Living & River Access

Step outside to enjoy the private yard and spacious deck. The gas grill is ready for evening barbecues, and the deck is a peaceful spot for your morning coffee surrounded by the woods. (Please note that deck is not set up in the winter time)

*Exclusive Summer Perk:

Guests at this home also enjoy exclusive access to an association-only beach on the Saco River. It is just a short walk away—perfect for swimming or tubing during a summer return trip!

Why our guests

LOVE STAYING HERE

This was an awesome space. The hosts were very responsive too. Great ski lodge vibes and plenty of beds. The fireplace was a nice addition and the games they had were great. I can’t recommend the home enough!
