The queen bedroom is also on the first floor and is a cozy spot to sleep!

Endless snow shoe trails near the home make getting outside in the winter fun! Snow shoe at King Pine or venture up to Great Glen Trails for an unforgettable winter experience.
Head to Northern Extremes about 28 minutes away and rent a snowmobile for the day and enjoy the many beautiful trails. They also rent gear. Highly recommend reserving in advance on holidays and weekends.

Outdoor Amenities:

The fire pit, and grill are available seasonally and weather-permitting. In winter, snow and ice may limit access and these areas may be unavailable for use. We appreciate your understanding as conditions can change quickly.

 

I am available for questions if needed, but otherwise give you your privacy!

 

Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

 

Pet-Friendly Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs! Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. We do not charge a pet fee.

 

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

 

Local Recommendations: We can offer suggestions and our favorite local spots, including restaurants, hiking trails, and seasonal activities- just let us know what you enjoy doing.

 

Starter Supplies: We provide basic starter supplies like toiletries, paper products, and coffee. For longer stays, you may need to replenish these items.

 

Firewood Availability: Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided, but can be purchased locally.

 

Seasonal Considerations: Air Conditioning is available for June 1- Labor Day.

 

Snow Removal: During the winter months, we take care of snow removal for the driveway and walkways to ensure easy access to the home.

Bojan's place was great! We really loved that there was living room space on both the main level and in the basement. It helped when we wanted to do something different than our kids. Otherwise, it was a very quiet neighborhood with a road that was long enough to take our dog for a decent walk.

This space was everything my family and I expect and more! Looked exactly like the photos and completely free of any odd odors. It was actually quite clean and comfortable. The little things like child plates/utensils and cups meant a lot. Overall a very kid-friendly/family friendly location. Close to just about anything you’d want to do. Conway scenic railroad, Santa’s village, downtown Conway, kahunas water park, shopping centers.. the list goes on. Nothing was over a 10 minute drive. This was the perfect balance of privacy/peace but also convenience to activities and good eats. Absolutely NO HASSLE, and extremely responsive hosts! We would be glad to be back. BOOK IT!

Our stay at Bojan's place was great! We did have trouble getting into the house bc the key pad was changed out and the new lock box code was not provided but we received a call about 20 minutes after my initial inquiry and Sasha was very kind. The house is exactly as described and I loved the labels in the kitchen and around the house so you know right where everything is. The house is in a private neighborhood but only 13 minutes from downtown North Conway. A perfect location! We would absolutely stay here again.

A very clean home in a great location with comfortable beds, a large kitchen and dining area in a private, peaceful location that offers great access to the NH mountains and New England coast. There's an inviting area for campfires and a game room with huge TV and game console. Our hosts made check-in and check-out very easy. There is very limited drawer and hanging space for clothes; two of the bedrooms have no drawers or closet space at all. The main living room has one couch and chair so for group of 5 or 6 this can be limiting. The dining room is large and great for meals and games and the kitchen is great for cooking.

There was a great fire pit that we used nightly and very soft linens and towels. The laundry was great as well as the game room downstairs. The house had hotel-like add-ons (shampoo and body wash, hand soaps and lotions, flossers and cottons swabs). The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking gear you’d need and included kid-sized dinnerware. Bedrooms had enough places to store clothes and items. The area is pretty wooded, so there are some small bug (to be expected!) but nothing to worry about. They were very thoughtful with all of the included amenities and great communicators.

The house had everything we needed, even for one full day inside due to a big snow storm! We cooked food, played board games, and watched a movie on their incredible television. The kids loved the bunk beds too. Everything was very clean and welcoming, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do while giving us lots of space and comfort to have the dog with us. The host was very communicative about everything around the snow storm, and we were so impressed with how quickly the snow was cleared after a really significant storm. My husband, our toddler, and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood just a 10-15 minute drive away from everything we wanted to do (Echo lake, water park, railroad, outlets). The house was well updated and clean. My child and I would find some dog hairs on us occasionally when we played on the floor, but that was expected since we knew it was a pet-friendly airbnb. The whole space was furnished so thoughtfully - with function and taste. It was so cozy and we had everything we needed - from towels to shampoo to cooking items and even children plate/silverware. The beds/linens were clean and comfy. I loved the large bathroom counter and shower water pressure. My husband loved the fire pit outside. My child loved the space nightlight and the huge yard to run around. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I have stayed at my fair share of air bnbs and I must say this one is certainly my favorite! It’s quiet, retreated(this is exactly what I was looking for) convenient and close to SOO many places. And I had the BEST sleep there. I even had to ask the host for the type of sheets (and got me a pair). The host is extremely sweet, responsive and let me know when the home was available for us to do early check-in. I’m almost tempted to make this my yearly family get away location before the crazy hustle and bustle of the school year. 10/10 would recommend!!
