🔊 Noise Sensitivity – If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, we provide white noise machines and recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort.

🚫 No Pets Allowed – Per resort policy, guests are not allowed to bring pets.

👥 Guest Age Requirement – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, and all guests under 25 must be traveling with a parent or guardian.

⏳ Quiet Hours – To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep voices, music, and TV volume low during this time.

We highly recommend this condo! Our (4) children LOVED having access to their own "private" section-with a mini kitchen, bathroom, t.v., etc! Very comfortable sleeping accomodations! The fully equipped kitchen, spacious floor plan & washer+dryer, along with a variety of games+books & extra towels + linens made everything super convenient! Also convenient was being able to walk right out the door to the slopes & outdoor activities! How great it was to not have to pack up everyone + everything to go skiing! The lockers held all of our ski gear..making things even easier!! We also enjoyed exploring the multiple stores +shops in the Village of Cranmore. located just minutes away from the condo! We used the heated pool +hot tub every night before bed- a great way for us all to unwind & relax! Also worth noting was how incredibly clean the condo & surrounding area was! 5 stars! Stayed here with (4) kids: ages 4-11 and it was perfect! The kids had their own room & bathroom 🙏 they called it their ‘apartment.’ The master bedroom and suite was private. The equipped kitchen was so helpful for the 6 of us! We ski’d in and out, walked to pools, went tubing, and we were able to fit all six ski bags in the locker!! We can’t wait to come back!

This ski condo was an absolute dream for our family trip! We traveled as a family of five plus my mother in law, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how thoughtfully stocked and intentionally set up the space was — every little detail had clearly been considered. It truly had everything you could ever need: a pack ’n play, sound machines, a humidifier, and even a boot dryer! Stephanie is a wonderful host which made our booking and stay smooth. The location is great with access to the pool and it’s very close to all of the mountain activities. The inside was very clean and spacious. The only reason we couldn’t give it 5 stars is because of the other residents in the building. There were children running upstairs and through the halls from about 6 AM to 10 PM. The space is equipped with noise machines but the floors/walls were too thin to keep any of the noise out. Other than that this is a fantastic place to stay.

The condo was even better looking and bigger than we were anticipating. I wasn’t expecting there to be 2 entrances so I wasn’t too keen on a hallway door out of the condo to be basically in the bedroom my toddler used. I wish each door had some sort of chain or deadbolt lock to prevent small kids from easily opening the doors. However, the rest of the condo was super kid friendly. I loved the balcony and even though we were facing the parking lot, it was still nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The condo was very inviting and it was nice to come back to after a long day out. Even though we came here in the summer, I would definitely recommend this place for all seasons.

We just had another wonderful stay at the condos at Cranmore Mountain in North Conway! It’s our favorite place to stay with our three young children. Stephanie’s condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had most of the essentials we needed including a pack ‘n play for our toddler. It’s in a beautiful spot at the base of the mountain but very close to downtown which is perfect for us. Our kids absolutely love the pool and mountain coaster there! It’s very close to Story Land and about an hour from Santa’s Village where we went for my daughter’s birthday this trip. Stephanie is a great host, and we highly recommend her condo to other families traveling to North Conway.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family had the most wonderful stay! The place was spotless, nicely decorated, and had the little extras like board games, beach chairs, and pool noodles to make it even more special. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The location was perfect, our oldest loved the Cranmore Adventure Park and the outdoor pool was a quick walk down the road. Story Land was an easy 10-minute drive and downtown was only 5 minutes away. The North Conway Recreation Path can be easily accessed from the lower parking lot, a great paved running trail. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

Amazing Stay in North Conway! Our family has been staying in North Conway for 10 years, as it is one of our favorite places to go in the summer. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! Stephanie’s condo was perfect for our family of four. It had absolutely everything we needed, the location and scenery were perfect, and it was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids loved having their own room, especially the bunk beds. After busy days out hiking, going to Storyland, etc., it was great to come back to such a comfortable place to rest and refresh before going out in the evenings. There is plenty to do right at the Cranmore itself, from the scenic chairlift ride to the top, to the mountain coaster, and other kids activities. Also, the condo is just a 2 or 3 minute drive to the center of town, near great restaurants and shops. Stephanie was very responsive when we had questions. If you are coming to North Conway, stay here! You will love it!

From the start of the booking Stephanie was personable, polite and very responsive. Clear instructions were given on how to access the unit so check-in was very simple. The unit met our expectations and then some! My son loved the bunk beds and the condo had everything we needed which was extremely convenient and made our stay quite comfortable. Views were great. Very close to downtown but far enough away to give that remote mountain feel. Pool was a little bit of a walk but well maintained and not crowded. We had a great stay at Stephanie's condo and would definitely book again in the future.

Stephanie's condo was pristine!!! The layout was perfect with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. It was so beautifully decorated and had all the creature comforts of home. The beds were unbelievably comfortable ~ I don't think we've slept that well in years! And the a/c was the highlight because our trip coincided with a 100 degree stretch of weather. Inside you would never have known. And the location is so convenient to North Conway and even the Glen/Bartlett/Intervale area. We really loved it.

Spent a great week or so at Stephanie’s place! Location was perfect to get my kids on skis for the first time - which they loved. Stephanie’s condo was ideal for our family of four - the kids were big fans of the games selection, especially Uno! The condo was clean, very well laid out, and the perfect home for our visit. Stephanie was extremely responsive to any issues/questions we had. Cranmore had plenty to offer also - skiing, tubing, the pool/hot tub - and only a minute or so from Main Street North Conway and its awesome selection of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. It’s an area we know extremely well and have been coming to for years - and will continue to do so! The six inches of snow we got on the Monday were an added bonus - we don’t get snow where we live so that made the kids’ trip! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at Stephanie's condo. The unit was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a thoughtfulness to the smaller details included in the kitchen, like coffee pods and storage containers which is very helpful when traveling. The hosts were very responsive in answering our questions, particularly during an unexpected power outage at the resort. We very much appreciated their communication and going out of their way to find out information about outage to keep us updated. The only negative feedback we have is that the fireplace was out of order and we felt we should have been advised of this prior to check-in, particularly because we had a non-skier with us who looks forward to reading by the fire.

We weren't told about the advertised fireplace being "under maintenance". On the surface the place was very clean, until I retrieved my granddaughter's toy from under the sectional. There was a years worth of dirt and dust under that sectional. At a $275 cleaning fee for a 4 night stay, I expect more.

Great family friendly condo! We spent a week here skiing at Cranmore and it was exactly as advertised-clean, spacious, new appliances, beds were comfortable, and had more amenities than we though. I brought a bunch of supplies for the kitchen but almost none were needed as it was already stocked with plates, cups, utensils, cookware, etc. The condo building was quiet and very secure-I really liked that there was a locked gate at the parking lock, locked outer doors, and locked condo, since we were traveling with a toddler. Also, if you’re going here for a ski trip it’s about 50 ft to the entrance to Cranmore! Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

This was our second time visiting Cranmore Mountain and North Conway and our stay was fantastic. The unit itself was just as advertised. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The facility was very safe and clean and we had plenty of time to access the pool and hot tub, without many other guests around. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable time in the mountains.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in an ideal location at Cranmore mountain. There are a lot of activities nearby. The unit has pretty much everything you would want including games and puzzles. There is currently some construction being done around the pool area and you need to walk on dirt through an unfinished area to get to it. The pool area and jacuzzi are great.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo in a great location - close to town and tons for the kids to do on site. The condo is pretty much brand new. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we'd need to cook with, which was helpful because the restaurants were packed Columbus Day weekend. Loved the gas fireplace for relaxing in front of after our hikes. Beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the fridge (wasn't cold) - Stephanie and team responded within minutes and a maintenance person arrived within an hour to fix it - very responsive. Our only complaint is that the builders of the condo complex didn't add noise insulation - when people are walking upstairs, it's very loud. We loved our stay and plan to rent the same condo again very soon.

This location is grossly misrepresented. The listing makes it look like a private resort experience. Instead, we were woken up before 7am 3 mornings in a row by construction vehicles and groundworkers. Most of the land does not have grass, you have to walk up a very long dirt hill to get to the pool, which does not open until 4pm during the week (we did not know that ahead of time). The place is very much under construction. The condo is beautiful, but everything else was disappointing. Y0ou can't tell in the pictures because there is snow on the ground but the place was surrounded by dirt except the very front when you pull in. When we attempted to address this with Stephanie, the manager, she blamed us for expecting too much and deflected our concerns to the mountain management. She also accused us of not following rules, lying and not reading our itinerary. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Lots of space, kitchen had tons of utensils, plates, glasses, etc. and tons of counter space! The split floor plan was perfect for our daughter and my wife and I to spend time in separate quarters for a while. King size beds in both bedrooms was a great touch as well as having a mini-fridge in the hallway of the second bedroom. The condo was spotless and very clean upon our arrival too! The only downfall is something that the owners cannot help, and that is the noise of people walking upstairs. We met a couple that lives here and they told us they battle it too. The builder of the condo unit did a terrible job with noise insulation. I cannot hold that against Stephanie. It's not her fault.

This condo is stylish, comfortable, and clean with touches throughout that made our stay very pleasant. Having 2 king rooms with a common living area and new TVs in each room made it perfect for traveling with our adult son. We used it as a home base while hiking the surrounding area and had many shopping and dinning choices that were a short drive away in town. Loved it!

I had a great time with my family over the past 4 days in this wonderful place! We could walk to the lifts. This location is very convenient specially with young children. It’s 3 min drive to our favorite restaurants and coffee shop in town. The outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi made our stay even more pleasant. We would ski and then go to the pool right after! The place is sparkling clean and beds were comfortable. There were books for kids and games for all ages. I loved how the owner was responsive and texted me back anytime I had a question. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to my family and friends!

The condo was absolutely perfect. The location could not be better, literally at the base of the mountain and minutes from all that North Conway has to offer. The layout was perfect for our family. Our two kids stayed in one master suite and we stayed in the other. It was thoughtfully and seasonally decorated. The gas fireplace warmed us up after a day on the slopes. Check-in was super easy and we had everything we needed for our stay including a helpful binder with local recommendations. Could not have been a better vacation!

The condo was immaculate and beautiful. We had an amazing time at the pool/hotub and the location was perfect being 5 minutes from the major downtown area. There is currently construction going on at the building and the crews are working every day and starting at 6AM. This was the one downfall. Wasn’t the best wake up call on a Saturday. But other than that would definitely recommend to stay after construction is over in December and would stay here again.

We were supposed to be vacationing in San Diego, but because of Covid, we had to change our plans last minute. We were lucky enough to be able to stay at this condo for two nights of our stay through New Hampshire! It’s more beautiful than the pictures even show. There are a lot of board games for the kids and a video game system as well in the second bedroom! The beds were super comfortable and they had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner! Although it’s not usually provided at Air BnB’s, we forgot and the store is a drive if you forget anything. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit. Although at the base of the mountain, the pool area was still extremely private. We would definitely stay here again if we come to the area! Make sure you check out the store The Penguin! Super cute! We were headed to Story Land which is why we stayed here and it’s within 10 minutes! If you’re thinking of staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

If you are planning to ski at Mt. Cranmore, this is the absolute perfect place to stay. Brand new and sparkling clean. The front door is literally seconds away from the base of the mountain. Restaurants and shopping are no more than 5 to 10 minutes away. Excellent communication from the host .

Everything in this condo is exactly as listed! Noted that the balcony you have off the bedroom and living room is facing the front of the condo (which is the parking lot) not the view of Cranmore Mountain. Jetted tub in the master bathroom was great after a long day with the kids! The beds are very comfortable. The place is so clean you could eat off the floor! Lol . Host was very quick to respond. The jacuzzi outside was the perfect temp as it was 20 degrees outside! I would like to add. I wish I was aware that everything was closed on this resort when I booked it because we didn't get to enjoy any of the surrounding activities at Cranmore and such! But all in all I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the cleanest airbnb we've ever stayed in. It was perfectly located for our purposes, on the slopes of Cranmore Mountain, with easy access to the mountainside outdoor activities (chairlift to the top, mountain coaster, ropes courses, etc.) and the wonderful and very clean outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Just a few minutes drive to North Conway shopping and restaurants as well. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Great condo! It was beautiful, very clean, brand new and well appointed. It was a quiet summer retreat for my family of five traveling with 3 young children. The welcome binder had all the info needed to help us with our stay. We usually stay at a hotel for our North Conway summer vacation but we think we will be returning to the condo for future visits. It was quiet, spacious and relaxing. Things to keep in mind: The pool is located outdoors, it is a short walk away from the condo building. It is adjacent to the Cranmore Fitness center. We had to ask because we didn’t spot it at first.

Lovely, sparkling clean (looks brand new) and comfortable condo - perfect for our summer get away. Access to a very nice pool and fitness center. Well appointed kitchen with high end appliances, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Our only complaint is that the walls are thin - it’s easy to hear noisy neighbors both above and next to the unit. Easy access to North Conway center, all shops and StoryLand. The host Stephanie immediately responded when we had minor trouble checking in. We enjoyed our stay.
